Daily Rates £400+ 

Harmonic is a specialist services company offering independent consultancy and practical support to market leaders across the Defence and National Security sectors. We support our clients with consulting, management services and technical capability across the complete programme lifecycle. Harmonic is based in Somerset with the majority of our staff/associates working on customer sites across the UK.

Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience of the setup and running of Programme Management Offices for large companies. Experience of Earned Value Management, project reporting and finance. Excellent interpersonal and client management skills. Good leadership qualities. 

Desirable Skills/Experience: defence industry experience, risk management, Prince 2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).

Current Security Clearance would be advantageous, but is not essential.
