Contracting For Availability
Our client was one of the first entrants into the Contracting For Availability (CFA) support market. This venture involves industry taking on risks traditionally held by the MoD and required the client to see and analyse logistics information from the supply chain through to the military domain.
Harmonic supported the CFA programmes (for several aircraft types) initially with business process modeling then took Fixed Price responsibility for the delivery of new, Industry-MoD integrated Management Information Systems.
These complex systems have been delivered within very demanding time constraints and continue to provide business critical support to the CFA programmes.
In addition to programme delivery, Harmonic has established improved local programme management processes and provided coaching to existing employees.
