Dr Tim Cooke, Non-Executive Director
Tim has over 35 years experience in the services and IT sectors. He worked for Logica plc for 20 years and was Chief Executive of Logica Communications Ltd. He was previously CEO of Intelligent Environments Group plc and Managing Director of Oxford Molecular Group plc both of which he floated on the London Stock Exchange. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Clarinet Ltd and Myguides Ltd.
In addition to Harmonic, he is a Non-Executive Director of The Chesham Building Society. Tim is also a Principal with The Catalyst Group, a specialist IT and telecommunications M&A advisory company.
Tim joined the board in 2007, his role being to provide an external view of the company's strategy and operations and to review corporate governance.
