Steve Mead, Director of Business Coherence and Delivery
Steve has spent the last 25 years in the defence aerospace industry. For twenty years he worked on complex software and systems projects in roles covering business management, project management, technical leadership and systems analysis. In the last five years Steve has focused on change management within partnered environments. During that time Steve was instrumental in a major change programme between the MoD and a UK defence prime.
Steve is a founder member of Harmonic and has responsibilities for assuring successful delivery of all contracted engagements within the company and general governance across the business functions.
